In pursuance of provisions contained in Section 5(1) and (2) of the "Right to Information Act-2005", the competent authority in BSNL has designated various executives as Assistant Public Information officers(APIOs), Central Public Information Officers (CPIOs) and First Appellate Authorities (AAs) in Circle Headquarters/SSAs(Telecom Districts) in Jharkhand Telecom Circle for the convenience to the genaral public and quick disposal of RTI Applications /Appeals. Henceforth,the CPIOs concerned will furnish the information to the Appilcants.
